Anonymous asked: in your experience, what's one of the biggest struggles as an artist trying to come up?

Getting new people to support and spread your music all while your existing fan base continues to support. People don’t realize the struggles of trying to get a product out there until they’re in that same position.

It’s funny, in the beginning you think all your homies are willing to help push your shit on a consistent basis, but in actuality, only a handful are willing to support like that. Sometimes it’s the people you least expect that are the ones that really help push. And you just have to accept the fact that there are people out there that will not support you for whatever reason that may be. Even if y’all are cool. I’ve learned to not take it personally.

It’s tough game, but that’s why I try and to personally connect with my supporters whenever I can. I sound like a broken record every time I tell someone that I appreciate their support, but it’s fucking true. And I mean that. Seriously. I look at what I’m doing with whole DJ’ing thing at face value, and it’s ridiculous when I think about the fact that I have random people from all over the world who really look forward to my releases. That in itself is just nuts to me.

It’s all part of the grind. It’ll all be worth it one day though. And you’ll all be witnesses.
