the gsw curse: once you leave you’re finally given your deserved moments of glory
Meh. Every time someone brings that “curse” up, the only person I think it applies to is Arenas. Hughes didn’t do shit after he left. Jamison was always had shine. Same with Richardson. Never really heard much from Pietrus. Tolliver and Randolph? Buike? Baron was terrible on the Clips. IDK dudes.
Who besides Arenas & Lin blew up after they left GSW?

I’m still a little skeptic on Jeremy Lin’s streak. I know I come off sounding as a hater, but you have to consider that...

Al Harrington is best bench scorer right now. Barnes and Pietrus had peak careers in Orlando. Morrow is having a better stats year in NJ. Can’t think of more right now.

And by Lin “blowing” up means him beating on the Nets, Jazz, and Wizards… Give him at LEAST 20 games before making actual judgement folks!

My thing is…I feel that GSW is just a catalyst for players to trade off into bigger market teams…not necessarily become stars after…but the fact they would rather leave then stay if given a chance is what disappointments me.

Pietrus did work with the Magics during their Finals stint I think. Baron was okay when he went to the Clips. Barnes starts for the Lakers now… lol but no one really blew up like Agent Zero did.
